Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that material you posted on BangTidy.net has been removed due to copyright infringement, you may provide us with a counter-notification if you believe the material was removed in error. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which BangTidy.net may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
User Content and Platform Responsibility
BangTidy.net is a provider of an online platform service which allows users to share and post content. We do not actively monitor user uploads or content nor do we make any claims to ownership of user-submitted content. Accordingly, BangTidy.net operates as a neutral intermediary and has no liability for user-posted content in compliance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and other relevant laws.
Our platform respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we prohibit users from uploading, sharing, or otherwise distributing copyrighted material without the authorization of the copyright owner. BangTidy.net will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.
Content Removal and Account Termination
